I bought a key on September 4, but I forgot to put my login. When I realized my mistake, I forward the Paypal receipt to the e-mail sales@picomputersolutions.co.uk with my login but I didnt receive my key.
On September 8, I bought another key. This time I put my login on the comments but I didnt receive this key either.
I used the link Contact Us to explain the situation but I also didnt receive an answer.
I can give you the PayPal Receipt Numbers and forward the e-mails I received from PayPal.
Can you please help me?
