I have encounter a number of different bugs in this arena.

From not receiving the correct amount of credits per turn.

To the latest where population is not growing properly.

I find it funny that with the maturity of this game that there are still so many bugs. One of the reasons I do not play very often.

Credits/turn: based on what? the government screen report vs the tick-calculation report? The gov screen doesn't take into account loss in credits due to an increase in the loss of population from reputation for example (which is an annoying yet minor oversight) - or anything that would result in a change in social balances to planets.
Or based on your back of the envelope estimations?

Population not growing properly: what's your social % on those planets? Are these recently settled planets, planets doing OPE, or just average run-of-the-mill planets? what tax % are you running? How many planets do you have? What's your reputation level? How has the growth curve deviated from what you've expected?
